As an unsigned artist, the ultimate goal is to get signed. You are always looking for different avenues to get noticed. From performing to passing out CDs, anything that can be done to get fans and/or attention from labels. There is more than one way to get notice. I have spoken with several artist that are trying a thousands things, different ways, side ways, and upside down. Your first step is to hit the streets, these days, the Internet, and gather as many fans as you can to reach your final goal of being signed to a label.
